Dearly: Senior Safety Check-in is a personal safety check-in app designed to help users notify a trusted contact if they miss a scheduled check-in.
The app is intended to provide peace of mind and support, not emergency or medical services.
Dearly: Senior Safety Check-in:
Is not an emergency response service
Is not a medical device
Does not contact emergency services (such as police, ambulance, or fire departments)
If you are in immediate danger or experiencing an emergency, you should contact local emergency services directly.
By using the app, you agree to:
Provide accurate information, including your emergency contact details
Inform your emergency contact that they may receive automated notifications
Use the app responsibly and for its intended purpose
You understand that missed check-ins may result in notifications being sent automatically.
If you fail to check in within your selected time window:
The app may send an automated notification to your designated emergency contact
Notifications are sent on your behalf, based on your consent
We are not responsible for how your emergency contact responds
You can update or remove your emergency contact at any time within the app.
While we strive to provide reliable service:
App functionality may be affected by internet connectivity, device settings, or system limitations
Notifications and emails are not guaranteed to be delivered instantly or at all times
You acknowledge that no system is completely fail-safe.
Some features may require a paid subscription.
Payments are processed through the Apple App Store
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings
Refunds are handled according to Apple’s policies.
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
By using the app, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
You may stop using the app at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if the app is used in violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

Dearly: Senior Safety Check-in shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We are not responsible for missed notifications, delayed alerts, or actions taken by emergency contacts
Your use of the app is at your own discretion and risk.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.
Any changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where the app is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
